We deliver worldwide using a combination of Royal Mail 1st class post, Royal Mail Recorded/Special delivery and a Courier Service, depending on the value and size of your package. Orders over £50.00 in the UK will require a signature on delivery.
We use Posten / PostNord to deliver your order in Sweden.

Posters: Estimated dispatch time is 1-3 working days. Poster are securely package in a hard wearing cardboard tube.

Please notify us if your parcel does not arrive within 7-10 days. If we are not notified it could result in the parcel being returned. The original postage cost cannot be refunded and the same postage costs will apply to re-deliver the items so it is advised to keep a close eye.
Please allow for 7-10 working days within Europe and 10-20 working days for the rest of the world. Delivery times may vary.
Please be sure to provide a valid mailing address and local telephone number for the recipient. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for items which do not reach the recipient due to incorrect details. If your item does not arrive within 14 days we will issue a replacement or refund depending on stock availability.
Large overseas packages will usually be sent using a courier service.
We will email you with a tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched. The package will then take 4-10 days to arrive. Once the tracking information has been sent it is the customers responsibility to track the parcel.
If the parcel does not arrive within 6 days please email firstname.lastname@example.org providing the tracking number Please note that if the parcel does not arrive within 7-10 days and we are not notified it could result in the parcel being returned. Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 14-day refund or exchange.
We want you to be really happy with your purchase, so if it’s not suitable we are happy to refund or exchange your item, providing it is in perfect condition with original labels and within 14 days of receipt. Unfortunately, the cost of shipping to return the item cannot be refunded. If this is the case please email us on email@example.com with your order number, e mail address, name and reason for returning your purchase. We will then send you a returns number and if you could send the item back with the number inside the parcel with the original receipt. The items must be unworn and in perfect condition with original tags otherwise we will not be able issue the refund. We recommend sending the parcel recorded delivery to make sure they get to us. You will be refunded as soon as we receive the item and check the condition, if everything is fine we will send you an e mail and refund on the card the item was purchased on. If it is an exchange you are after, providing we have the item in stock we will send it out to you and if we do not have the item we will issue a refund.
If you change your mind and send us an email straight away if we haven t sent your item out, we will refund you straight away and send you an e mail. If we have already shipped your item, you will need to send it back and we will issue an email but we will not be able to refund your shipping costs.
